User Guide and Setup
Our streaming partner has prepared this user guide to help you.
After you read the guide, take advantage of this time to explore and familiarize yourself with the site.
- Set up your profile with your photo and more information about who you are! This will help you connect with other virtual attendees.
- Browse the schedule and start building your own schedule. This way you can always find your saved sessions in your watch list. You can choose to watch them live or come back to watch the recordings on-demand.
How to Participate
Ask Questions Live
The sessions may have a question and answer period at the end of each talk or at the end of a section of presentations. We will have moderators watching the chat in each session, so you can pose your questions to the speakers in real time. You can also
use the chat box to connect with others and comment.
Watch On-Demand
If you missed something live, we will post the recording of most sessions within 6 hours of each presentation. We understand that the timing might not always be right to join live, but you can catch up within a day! You can also continue the discussion
in our 2024 Annual Meeting online community.
